The URL for Western's institutional subscription to UpToDate has changed. Please change your personal bookmarks to:
https://www.lib.uwo.ca/cgi-bin/uptodate.pl
Library links have been corrected and are functioning, but WebCT pages and other departmental pages may need updating.
The new URL will ask you to enter your Western Identity whenever you access UpToDate, regardless of whether or not you are on or off campus. To link to UpToDate from off-campus it is no longer necessary to log on to Western Libraries' proxy servers.
The exception is when you access UpToDate from one of the London-area hospitals. No authentication is required as access is IP authenticated - just connect to UpToDate's website from a networked computer as per usual.
